Wedding Cake Design Consultations & Tastings
Booking payment, confirmation, cancellation and refund policy
- Consultation & tasting appointments are on a first come first serve basis.
- A £30 fee is charged per appointment – this includes:
- The design consultation – approximately a 1 hour appointment
- Wedding cakes samples – your choice of 4 sponge flavours from our menu
- A maximum of 3 people to attend per appointment
- Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been made and a confirmation email has been received from Love Rosie Cakes.
- Any cancellations or date changes have to be made at least 7 days in advance of your appointment. Cancellations in this time frame will receive a full refund.
- Clients who do not attend their appointment or who are more than 30 minutes late (without any notice) will lose their £30 fee. To reschedule another appointment another £30 fee will have to be paid.
Wedding Cakes
Order Confirmation, Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All bespoke wedding cake quotations are provided in writing by Love Rosie Cakes.
- Once your quotation has been sent to you, your date will be held for 2 weeks.
- To secure and confirm your booking a 50% non refundable deposit is required. The outstanding balance is then due 6 weeks before the collection or delivery date.
- Please note orders and dates are not secured unless a deposit has been paid.
- Wedding cakes with less than six weeks until collection or delivery will have to be paid in full.
- We are unable to offer any refunds if a wedding cake is cancelled later than four weeks before the collection or delivery date. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Any disputes must be made within two days of the cake collection/ delivery.
Changes to wedding cake design/ order
- All edits and changes must be made at least six weeks before the collection/ delivery date, these must be confirmed in writing by Love Rosie Cakes (please note, changes to the previously agreed design may incur an additional cost).
- In a circumstance where we have to cancel your order for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible, and discuss the matter with you and try to agree a suitable alternative and accommodate your order. If you are not willing to accept our suggested alternative, then we will refund the full cost to you.
Bespoke Single Tier Cakes & Celebration Cakes
Order Confirmation, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- We need a minimum of four days notice for any order.
- To secure and confirm your booking the total amount is required. Please note orders and dates are not confirmed unless the full payment has been made.
- Once your final cake details and payment details have been sent to you – the booking is held for three days and payment is due within 72 hours. Please get in touch with us again if this time window has passed as your space may have been filled.
- We are unable to offer any refunds if your cake is cancelled later than two weeks before the collection or delivery date.
- Any disputes must be made within two days of the cake collection/ delivery.
